polyquaternium
Hi. There is just one occurrence of "polykvadiumchloride" in Google. However, I found out that "polykvadium" is used as a preservative in natural tears Tears Naturale II (see here: http://www.sucheoko.cz/umeleslzy.htm).
I found out that the Tears Naturale II contain "Polyquad". After googling Polyquad chloride 10, at one website I found "polyquad (polyquaternium)".
Polyquaternium (or polyquaternium-10) is very frequent in Google. And it seems to be a chloride. Try to look at this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyquaternium.
I am not sure about the term at all, but I think it might at least help you.
