Source text - English [6] LITIGATION COSTS This paragraph applies only to assignments involving litigation or where litigation may be initiated. In any litigation, there is a risk that the Client may be required to pay the opponent’s litigation costs and/or fees to courts or arbitrators. All such costs and fees are solely the responsibility of the Client.
If the Client is awarded litigation costs but for a smaller amount than charged by XYZ, the Client remains responsible towards XYZ for the full amount of fees.
[7] INSURANCE Clients are kindly requested to provide information on possible insurance coverage they may have in relation to reimbursement of all or parts of our fees. Clients are also kindly requested to inform us if they would like us to investigate what insurance coverage they may have in relation to an assignment.
[8] THIRD PARTY ADVISORS In connection with certain assignments, it may be necessary or advisable to hire other third-party advisors, for example lawyers, legal advisors, auditors, forensic or other consultants in different jurisdictions. The Client shall itself be the principal in relation to such third-party advisors retained in relation to the assignment, even if these advisors for practical reasons are retained by XYZ on behalf of the Client or address their invoices to XYZ. Any third-party advisors shall be liable directly towards Client, and XYZ accepts no liability for any third party advisor.
Translation - Russian [6] СУДЕБНЫЕ ИЗДЕРЖКИ. Данный пункт применяется исключительно к поручениям, включающим судебные разбирательства или возможность возбуждения судебного производства. В случае судебного производства существует риск, что Клиент должен будет оплатить судебные издержки и/или пошлины другой стороны в пользу суда или третейского судьи. Ответственность за все данные расходы и издержки несёт исключительно Клиент.
Если Клиенту присуждают возмещение судебных издержек, но в сумме меньше той, которую запросила Фирма «XYZ», Клиент несёт ответственность перед Фирмой «XYZ» за всю сумму гонорара.
[7] СТРАХОВАНИЕ. Клиентов уважительно просят предоставлять информацию о возможном страховом обеспечении, которое у них может быть в том, что касается возмещения всего или части нашего гонорара. Клиентов также уважительно просят сообщать нам, хотят ли они, чтобы мы узнали, какое страховое обеспечение может быть у них в отношении того или иного поручения.
[8] СТОРОННИЕ КОНСУЛЬТАНТЫ. Для того или иного поручения может быть необходимо или рекомендовано привлечение сторонних консультантов, например юристов, юрисконсультов, аудиторов, судебных или иных консультантов в различных юрисдикциях. Клиент сам является заказчиком для таких сторонних консультантов, привлечённых для исполнения поручения, даже если они, из практических соображений, нанимаются Фирмой «XYZ» от имени Клиента или направляют свои счета Фирме «XYZ». Любые сторонние консультанты несут ответственность непосредственно перед Клиентом, а Фирма «XYZ» не берёт на себя ответственность за каких бы то ни было сторонних консультантов.

Удостоверьтесь, что лубрикант прозрачный, без помутнений, без инородных частиц, без неприятного запаха и со временем не должен менять свои качества. Коробки не должны иметь каких-либо повреждений или дефектов.
В случае выявления некачественного товара при инспекции на производстве товар будет заменен производителем бесплатно.
В случае выявления инспектором более 3 % некачественного товара, вся партия будет подвергаться проверки и оплата услугу инспекции будет за счет производителя.
В случае выявления некачественного товара в течении срока годности, а покупатель предоставит производителю видео свидетельство, товар будет заменен производителем бесплатно.
На упаковке должно быть указан срок годности и число производства лубриканта.
В случае выявления каких-либо иных ингредиентов чем указаны в спецификации товара, что может привести к угрозе здоровья людей, покупатель в праве потребовать возврат всех денег.

Make sure the lubricant is transparent, without any turbidities, foreign particles, or offensive odors; it must not change its properties in the due course of time. The boxes must not have any damages or defects whatsoever.
Should any low-quality goods be identified during a manufacturing check, the Manufacturer will replace them on a free-of-charge basis.
Should the inspector identify more than 3% of low-quality goods, the entire batch will be subjected to check and the Manufacturer will pay for such check services.
Should low-quality goods be identified during their shelf life and should the Buyer provide the Manufacturer with the video evidence, the Manufacturer will replace such goods on a free-of-charge basis.
The lubricant shelf life and date of manufacturing thereof shall be indicated on the package.
Should there be identified any other ingredients, which are not indicated in the goods specification and which may entail human health risks, the Buyer will be entitled to claim for the return of all the money paid.
