فلابد من الوضوح في مسائل الحقوق
فحق الناس مثل الديون وغيرها
وحق الله يقصد أي الزكاة أو الحج أو العمرة مثلا إن كان قادرًا، فإن كان قادرًا ولم يؤد هذه الطاعات، فلابد قبل تقسيم التركة أن يخرج مال الزكاة ومال الحج وأن يحج عنه أحد...
أو قد يقصد الصوم: فمن لا يقدر على الصوم لهرم أو مرض مزمن، يخرج فداء عما فاته من أيام لا يستطيع أن يعوضها نظرًا لكبر سنه مثلًا
فالرجل يطمئنهم أن التركة لا يشوبها حق من حقوقه...فهي خالصة لهم
أما القبول فهذا في علم الله، ولم يتكلم الرجل عنه
