To get around the awkward-sounding "yogurt toast", I would describe it as toasted yogurt bread, as the toast is made with yogurt.

agree Aïda Garcia Pons : pa de iogurt. Like pa de pessic but made with yoghurt rather than eggs.

Yoghurt toast does sound rather unappetising, IMO

but "Yog, toms, black olives etc served on toasted bread/toast
