„(1) Trajanje prijenosa namijenjenog spotovima za teletrgovinu, spotovima za oglašavanje i drugih oblika oglašavanja, uz izuzeće izloga za teletrgovinu iz članka 19a. stavaka 1. i 2. ovoga Zakona, ne smiju prijeći 20% dnevnog vremena prijenosa. Vrijeme prijenosa spotova za oglašavanje ne smije prijeći 15% dnevnog vremena prijenosa.
