To obuhvata iste nadoknade, gore navedene... Definitivno jer se odnosi na dodatne troskove koje Distributer ima u slucaju neophodne intervencije na sajtu klijenta.
Još jedno od značenja je osiguranje ali ne verujem da može da bude opcija za marketing. Vi znate Kornelija iz ugovora o čemu je reč.

Remarks:
a) These are special prices agreed for a defined period of time. XXXXX will apply these prices for two (2) years from signature of contract allowing DISTRIBUTOR to be successful on market.
b) Those prices must be renegotiated and adapted to new situation after mentioned two (2) year period or for new territories.
c) During these first two (2) years, the second level support supplied by XXXX will be considered as free of charge. It will include new XXXXXXX updates/versions (including small adaptations requested by end-users), hot line attendance to resolve problems/doubts and the technical service supplied by XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX at their offices. Guaranteed answer time is 24 hours from the moment XXXXXXXX got the DISTRIBUTOR written inquiry or call.
d) Additional costs for the DISTRIBUTOR if intervention on customer site is required by:
- International specialist: 500 (€) per person and intervention day + real transport and hotel costs.
- Local specialist: 320 (€) per intervention day all included.
