Not a very sophisticated expression but that's what it is - kids driving around with their boom boxes cranked up to eleven and beyond. You don't need to hear the bass, you can literally feel it as the car goes by.

Presumably this fenomenom isn’t so common in Finland as it apparently is in some other countries. So there isn’t any established expression in Finnish, at least as far as I know.
But if there isn’t any expression ready, it has to be made. It coud be a compound word, where the first part would be a word denoting loud, repeating, pounding noise: 'jyminä-, jytä-, jyske-', and the second part would be a word meaning 'car': in formal language it were '-auto', but here some slang expression suits better: like '-kaara' or '-biili'. I feel like 'jytäkaara' were my favourite. 'Jytä' also means some kind of noisy pounding music.
