Repeat the previous step for the remaining cheese bread.
Serve hot with accompaniments with ream cheese, milk jam or goiabada.

Direi che è iquel che vogliono intendere.
"Un cucchiaio per prendersene cura" fa un po' il Signore degli Anelli :)

La ricetta appare piuttosto confusa e scritta/tradotta malissimo.
Intanto, 50 di formaggio su 250 di manioca mi sembrano pochi, ce ne vorrebbero almeno 100.
In ogni caso, leggendo bene, dice di aggiungere la miscela preparata prima, cioè 250 gr di manioca, + formaggio (formaggi? quanto?) e sale. Il tutto peserà ben oltre i 50 gr.
Allora io leggo così: aggiungere con un cucchiaio la miscela preparata prima, 50 gr alla volta, mescolando con attenzione.
Perché altrimenti, aggiungendo l'intera mistura al liquido bollente, si rischia di ottenere un malloppone al centro, tipo isolotto ;)
Chissà da quale lingua è stato tradotto il testo inglese?

@Giuseppina: anche a me è venuta voglia di provare a farlo :)
Le righe in effetti sono mescolate (non mi ero resa conto quando l'ho postato) perché ho solo la versione Trados e non il testo impaginato.
Feedback: Quando bolle, aggiungere il composto e mescolare bene con un cucchiaio di Parmigiano per legare

In compenso mi ha fatto venire voglia di provare a farlo, questo pane (con la ricetta vera, però!)
La frase sembra essere "...and blend well with a spoon, to give care"
Mentre la riga dei 50 gr. Di parmigiano va nella lista degli ingredienti.
Si vede anche nelle righe successive, ci sono ingredienti messi in punti che non c'entrano nulla e spezzano la continuità delle frasi.
