Ho contato le parole della tua KudoZ e mi pare che non superino le 10 unità (posto peraltro che il nome nascosto dalle X non sarebbe a rigore da conteggiare).
Direi che di questa formula esistono versioni leggermente diverse una dall'altra, basate eventualmente su sinonimi dei verbi che ti ho proposto; io ti suggerisco di far precedere - nella traduzione italiana - il verbo "agree", ponendolo all'inizio della proposizione perché rende più scorrevole la frase.
Ho posto poi il soggetto alla terza persona singolare perché spesso viene preferito così in italiano ma ciò non toglie che se il contesto lo richiedesse potresti scrivere giustamente:
"Io sottoscritto accetto irrevocabilmente..."
