チームワークとは、チームのゴール達成のために、個々の才能をどんどん持ち寄れば、チームとしての業績は、それを構成する個々の人間の才能の合計よりさらに大きなものにすることができます。
といった感じになります。
要するに、なんらかの才能を持っていないひとなどいないのだから、それをチーム設定のなかでもどんどん引き出して、業績目標達成のために活性化しようということです。

技量を集結する
掲示されている全体の文章から、ここで使用されているenlist the talents ofは“仕事場”でのチームワークについて語られているので、あえて「技量」という言葉を選びました。生まれ持った「才能」にプラスして各個人がこれまでに習得、積み上げてきた「技量」を仕事場でのチームワーク達成の為に生かす・・という意味合いで考えてみました。
