6.3 Partnership Agreement. As of the Closing, the Purchaser shall be granted a reseller partnership in the Canadian market, for a period of at least 18 months which will commence upon the Closing in the terms agreed by the Closing ("Partnership Agreement"). In addition, agreements between the Company and the Purchaser executed with respect to СШС and D+H are attached hereto as Schedule 6.3.
