Always start your visit by demonstrating personal interest for the customer and loved ones well being; after the opening statement follow the customer Centric Script. Do not neglect the human nature of your customer; to serve and support it’s an absolute “must” nowadays.

In case the customer is upset for whatever reason and not willing to talk, demonstrate empathy, make a statement of understanding, excuse yourself with a positive statement and your 24/7 availability to help and follow up next day or the day after.

Radi se o formulaciji (govornoj) koju ste pripremili unaprijed tako da podstakne zainteresovanost i prodaju. Može se odnositi na sadržaj rečenica, njihov redoslijed, ton govora i slično. Može naravo uključivati i neverbalno i još mnogo toga ali riječ “script” se u ovom kontekstu baš odnosi na tekst koji trebate izgovoriti.
