This is what I translated it to:
Yo (Nosostros) me comprometo(nos comprometemos) a liberar y mantener indemne a Dr.XXXXXX, su consultorio y su personal de cualquier reclamo, demanda por daños, o complicaciones, las cuales pueden resultar de semejante tratamiento.
Am I off base or should I be looking to word it some completely different way?
