Existing Asset documents require to be identified, sorted, labelled and filed in a structured approach both physically and electronically.
Set up a structured centralised document control centre in ...for all Asset documents. Also set up at each remote site - satellite document storage and filing systems.
Establish strong relationships with external vendors where documentation will be provided as part of their scope and manage all third party documents that are required by the Asset.
Compile a comprehensive set of Document Control procedures that reflect the above and implement across the Asset.
Will manage all Asset Documents ,athere will be 10’s of thousands of records and documents to be managed.
Establish both physical and electronic systems in a mature asset where custom and practice will require challenge.

since the 'A' is capitalized, most probably you shall find the term "Asset" defined specifically elsewhere in the document, in a special section or in a footer ..etc
