16-cyano methyl palmitate
I put 'medium' because I can't find hits for this compound. Methyl palmitate is common though, and substitution at the 16 position would be fine.

Not so much a typo as someone mixing up IUPAC and INCI nomenclature. The ester of palmitic acid and methanol is methyl palmitate in INCI nomenclature. In IUPAC it would be methyl hexadecanOate.
