In fact damage claims processing is about what this is but I would be grateful for some support on that. The word is out of a text which describes how a company has developed an automated system of car damage processing so that insureds and insurance companies receive a prompt confimation or otherwise of the fairness of the invoice from the repair shop. Here is the full sentence:
