tibial upper roof
The distal anterior tibial crest is now used as reference line for defining the tibial resection height. In view of cartilage loss and anatomical features, the height of the tibial cut should be planned so as to resect approximately 3-4 mm above the apex of the ***tibial upper roof***. Based on the anterior tibial crest and taking into account the concavity, this means that at the resection block, 6-7 mm can be set as the resection height.

: I don't have time to research, but can there be such a thing as an UPPER roof? I thought a roof was always the highest/outermost bit.

: Your examples do not prove usage of the complete term "tibial upper roof".
