Je comprends cela ainsi:
1. Plusieurs personnes sont propriétaires en commun d'un immeuble.
2. Un ou des propriétaires possèdent en plus le droit d'habiter (pour une durée déterminée).
Le terme de "droit d'habitation" me paraît correct dans ce contexte.
