Πέρισυ το Πάσχα τα δοκίμασα και λύσαξα από τα 100 κιλά αλάτι που έριξε καταλάθος η Σεφ:). BTW, λέγονται γαρδούμι ή γαρδούμια στην Κρήτη, αλλά περιμένω επιβεβαίωση από κανα Κρητικολόγο.....
