If we look at the Google findings for "shower coil", "shower attachment" and "shower hose", always within quotation marks, and preferably followed by site:uk, both in the All tab and the Images tab, we'll find that "shower coil" is rare (which surprised me), the spiral part itself is called "shower hose" and the entire fitting is a "shower attachment". I've agreed with Pauline's suggestion because I believe that "σπιράλ" here does not refer just to the spiral hose but the entire fitting.

How about “the shower coil”? ‘Coil’ is undoubtedly a translation of ‘σπιράλ’, and the term ‘shower coil’ can either refer to a metallic coating for a shower hose, or to a self-contained electric shower unit (which are quite common in small or compact hotel bathrooms) or to a solenoid coil within the shower water delivery system of a water heater or water tank.

This would certainly cover all possibilities, because the text may or may not be referring to a shower hose, or to a shower attachment, but may be referring to a self-contained shower water delivery system or to a part of a shower-water delivery system.
