Quite right, I must have been thinking about Bacardi Spice. But "house wine" is usually just the cheapest *bottled* wine offered by the restaurant, so I avoided using the term.

3. Ursus is a vodka from iceland.
5. καιρ, schould actually be καΐρ, pronnunced ka-ir, must be Cair sparkling wine from Rhodes. There are many wines produced by Cair (the Rhodes cooperative) but I think one thinks of the sparkling wine, when one reads/hear cair.
