I'd leave the name of the dish in Hungarian and give a brief explanation in parentheses, if possible.

Ha le kéne fordítani disznótorost, én mindenképpen a pig roast-ot használnám. A pig roast egyébként, mint egy menu sor is ismert angliában is, bár Sunday Roast néven.
A pig roast maga az elkészítés során nyert termék... sült malac, de idetartozik a kolbász is.

A pigroast szerintem izléses fordítása a disznótornak (és fedi a lényeget)

Véres hurka: blood sausage (UK black pudding és van red pudding is)

Slimming diet:
