I don't understand the concept of 'using the prostitution of the other'. What is meant here?

It seems to me, that the document You’re translating is itself originally a translation from English to Hungarian. (or at least some of the terms in it are). I think the confusion is caused by the inaccuracy of the original translation, since in Hungarian “to prostitute someone” is very tricky to express.
