I don't think the term "disposable" could be used to describe water in English. What it may refer to is "table water" as it is called: the cheapest kind of water that you will find in restaurants, coffee shops, and especially fast food places, (unless you order it, and then the water brought to you would be bottled, distilled, mineral, etc.)
