I pazienti dovranno esprimere il loro consenso informato, che dovrà risultare da atto scritto, e che potrà essere revocato in qualsiasi momento nelle stesse forme del rilascio senza obbligo di motivazione.
I imagine it means they have to revoke in writing but it's "rilascio" that's giving me problems.
I thought " Patients must give their written informed consent, which can be revoked at any time under the same conditions as it was granted with no obligation of justification.
...but maybe it sounds clumsy!
