Brake test
Per questa prova il veicolo deve essere carico e tutte le frenate devono essere eseguite
Frenate as in the above.
It's obvious it means "braking" or application of the brakes, but is there a better way putting this in English?

brakes...
I'd say something like:
" and brakes should be tested in all conditions"
(high/medium/low speeds)
An English mothertongue will do better but I just wanted to give you my contribution!

braking operation
suggestion
A preselected cycle
combined with various brake-pressure and torque settings is
used for these tests. The programme includes the operation of a
complete braking system under various output temperatures
etc. up to the maximum operating temperature of a system,
and includes set cycle times between braking operations.

Under emergency braking operations, brake imbalances cause some brakes to fully lock while others do not. It is uncommon to find 18 skid marks from an 18-wheeled truck at a crash scene.

braking tests/events
This appears to be a controlled test environment, so in this narrow instance braking tests might work. Braking events might work as well, depending on the larger context.
