l'orfèvre ne travaille pas que l'or mais tous les métaux précieux donc l'argent (à la limite tu précises spécialisé dans le travail de l'argent (un "maître argentier" c'est autre chose!)
maître-artisan correspond à une formation précise et surtout c'est lui qui à son tour forme les autres à travers l'apprentissage.
