Norwegian term

Skje samlet

Norwegian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Shareholder Agreement
Hi - I'm trying to come up with the proper translation here - in this case would it be "combined" which still doesn't sound smooth? Thanks for your help!

Personell begrensning og samtykke
Minoritetsaksjonærenes aksjer i XXXXX kan ikke overgå til andre enn YYYY, XXXXX, eller personer som har den egenskap at de er ansatt i XXXXXX-konsernet og tiltrer denne Avtalen forut for aksjeovergangen. Overgang av en Minoritetsaksjonærs aksjer i XXXXX kan bare skje samlet.
Proposed translations (English)

Norwegian term (edited): kan bare skje samlet
Selected

is allowed only as a composite whole (vs. consolidated holding)

Problem is how overgang is being translated: passing generally, liftetime transfer or transmission mortis causa, namely shares can pass only

In Anglo-Am company law, consolidation means pooling, usually pre-splitting/ 'converted' into a different nominal value and might give the wrong impression here.

can pass only as a composite whole, package or unsplit block.
Example sentence:

Consolidate and divide its share capital into shares of larger amounts than its existing shares, for example it may consolidate and divide 200 shares of £1 into 100 shares of £2.
