In order to answer to lexical's disagreement:
You may be right, but I haven't seen this timing restriction in the definition of "enclosure", neither that enclosure has a "static" character. Actually, check at these examples, where people/animals/things are enclosed (the first example is very dynamic) and then captured (afterwards):

: I'm sorry but this isn't right at all. Enclosure is a static state (the imprisonment of animals AFTER they have been rounded up, or bred in captivity), whereas 'cercamento' here appears to refer to the dynamic process of capturing them in the wild.
