photocopies (see explanation)

A "copia reprográfica" is legalese (actually, an outdated term that has survived in legalese) for any sort of non-manual duplicating process, including mimeographs, hectographs etc. These days, it is almost exclusively used as a formal term for "photocopy".

And yes, I suppose something along the lines of "reprographic copies" could work, although it wouldn't be my first choice.

The second is most appropriate in this case
The two classifications are: (1) copies produced for information purposes only and which may be destroyed after use, and (2) copies that have administrative, fiscal, legal, or historical value.
