Have you already considered using an "i" instead of an "e"? (I'm guessing you have, but it's what immediately sprang to mind...)

Brasovian

"-ian" is a well-established suffix for these sorts of words (demonyms? Can't remember now if that's the term).

cf. Mancunian, Liverpudlian, and even Peterborian, which I only learnt recently (Peterborough).
