ALTERATION - RESOLUTION OF THE RELATIONSHIPS
5.1- The declarations, the attestations and other eventual documents delivered to the Customer, to use for
Agencies or other, are from thinking simple administrative formalities. Granted in order to make some uses you
concur yourself from the law and without some responsibility of our society.
5.2- To the beginning of the relationships it trades them, the Customer must declare the exact denomination with
address of the company and the number of fiscal, registred in the boocks of the coampanies. Eventual variations
of the company name or other, will have to be communicated timely, to the aim to modify the necessary
documentation.
5.3- The Customer declared from our society insolvent, in bankruptcy, begins a concursual procedure, begins to
produce himself or with others, our same products, in whichever case, loses the immediate right to receive the
products, and the Customer or others for him have no right to ask any thing our society, for not have delivered
the products.
5.4- In the resolution case relationships, the Customer will have to stop every promotion and sends all the
material promotional in yours possession
