Они сушат явку, делают выборы посмешищем, специально выдвигают кандидатов каких-то полных идиотов. Люди ж не глупые, все же видят — просто отмахиваются, и все. А чем ниже явка и чем более безликая политика, тем больше шансов, что они будут их выигрывать.
