Anything along the lines of members in this or participants in that sounds fairly weird in real, non-Russian English for the obvious reason that with a few exceptions (such as potential export licensing requirements or tariffs applicable to a relatively small range of products) the rules are essentially the same for both domestic and international operations, and the field is open to anyone.
