Though, "Ch.2" is rather "chast' 2" (part 2 of the volume)

I'm only guessing, and I can't really explain the "B" except by assuming it's Cyrillic. Likewise T for Том - there is a rare English word "tome" which means volume in this sense, but it ought not to be used here.

Thank you. Yes, you are quite right, it's all Cyrillic and "ch" (= "ч") stands for "часть".

T. 2. = volume 2

Ch.2 = часть 2 = part 2 OR (this is already in English) chapter 2

Social and Political Philosophy = most likely the name of the publishing house
