Sorry, it is Spanish to English.... Then I would go for something like "stock visualization is managed by each warehouse...".. That is the idea anyway. Apologies again.

: I think they are saying that the "stock visualization" is done "by centre", i.e. "centre by centre" or "within the concerned centre" or "internally" and therefore it is not managed centrally
