Eso es un neologismo. Por veces los autores inventan palabras. Esta por analogía de drive-in en inglés.
El drive-in es un local de un restaurante, cinema, etc. adonde entran los carros y puedes comprar comida o ver el cinema sin salir del coche.
Por consiguiente, la analogía es ‘entrar’. Yo traduciría por ‘modelos que más utilizan’ la marca

Ejemplo: Utilizamos revistas viejas para hacer un collage.
