Check your camera and microphone before a Remoto call: open the test page, confirm video and audio levels, and fix permission or device problems.

Access the Test Page

Go to Settings and open Audio & Video, or use the test before any call
Allow browser permissions when prompted

Test Your Camera

Your video preview should appear
Check lighting and framing
Try different cameras if you have multiple

Speak and watch the audio level indicator

Adjust input level if too quiet or loud
