salve, vorrei chiedervi un aiuto. Ho un testo legale che necessita di essere giurato. Il testo deve essere tradotto in italiano. Il cliente mi ha dettto che gli serve per portarlo all'ambasciata di Roma. Ora il mio dubbio è questo: basta solo l'asseverazione o è necessario anche legalizzarlo con apostilla? Premetto che la traduzione è dallo spagnolo sudamericano all'italiano. Devo seplicemente giurarlo o anche legalizzarlo con apostilla? grazie a tutti per l'aiuto

Se il documento è tradotto in italiano e sarà valido per l'Italia, è sufficiente l'asseverazione. La legalizzazione con apostilla va fatta per i documenti tradotti verso lingue straniere, che dovranno essere validi in paesi non aderenti alla Convenzione dell'Aia. Puoi trovare l'elenco di questi paesi in varie pagine Web. Buona giornata! Giuliana

perfetto! l'avevo immaginato ma volevo esserne sicura. grazie. Inoltre del documento vnno tradotti anche i timbri, giusto? e il francobollo invece? va tradotto o no?
