Source text - Spanish Son causas de rescisión de Contrato las expresadas en este Reglamento y las enumeradas en el Artículo 47 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, y además las que se enumeran a continuación:
1.- La provocación o simulación de accidentes
2.- Introducir armas de fuego al centro de trabajo.
3.- Introducir bebidas embriagantes, drogas enervantes o cualquier sustancia similar.
4.- Incurrir en actos que pueda poner en peligro su propia seguridad, salud o higiene, la de sus compañeros de trabajo o las de terceras personas, así como el lugar establecimiento o unidad de transporte en el que el trabajador lo desempeñe
5.- Incurrir en actos que manchen el buen nombre de la “Empresa”, aún fuera de las horas de trabajo, por ejemplo portando credenciales que acrediten a un trabajador como parte de la empresa y cometa un acto ilegal.
Son obligaciones de la “Empresa”:
1.- Pagar a los “Empleados” los salarios pactados y las indemnizaciones a que tengan derecho.
2.- Hacer los descuentos a los salarios que señala el artículo 110 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, tales como son: deudas contraídas con el patrón, anticipos o préstamos a cuenta de salario, pagos hechos con exceso al trabajador, importe de errores, pérdidas o averías, daños y perjuicios, abonos a préstamos del Infonavit, cuotas para construcción y fomento de sociedad cooperativa, caja o fondo de ahorros, pensiones decretadas por autoridad competente, cuotas sindicales, abonos al FONACOT, impuestos, cuotas del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.
Translation - English The causes set forth in these “Regulations” and in article 47 of the Federal Labor Law, as well as the ones describe below, are grounds for termination of the employment agreement:
1. Causing or simulating accidents.
2. Carrying firearms into the workplace.
3. Smuggling alcoholic beverages, drugs, or similar substances.
4. Carrying out acts that endanger the “Employee’s” own safety, health, and hygiene, that of the “Employee’s” coworkers or third parties, as well as the “Employee’s” workplace or transport unit.
5. Carrying out acts that damage the “Company’s” reputation, even after-hours, such as committing an illegal act while carrying an identification that demonstrates that the employee is part of the company.
“Company” obligations:
1. To pay the “Employees” the wages stipulated and the compensations they are entitled to.
2. ´To make the deductions to the wages determined in article 110 of the Federal Labor Law, such as: debts owed to the employer, advances or loans on account against wages, overpayments to the employees, cost of mistakes, losses or breakdowns, damages, payments of loans made by the Workers' Housing National Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), fees for the construction and development of the cooperative society, savings bank or fund, pension benefits determined by the competent authority, union dues, payments to the Fund of Development and Guarantee for the Consumption of the Workers (FONACOT), taxes, fees to the Mexican Social Security Institute.

Source text - English Article 7. Representations and Warranties
7.1 Each party hereby represents and warrants that:
i) its performance hereunder, and the performance of any director, employee, sub-contractor, agent or any other representative of it hereunder shall comply with any applicable statutes, laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, administrative guidance, and treaties;
ii) it (including any of its director, employee, sub-contractor, agent, representative of it) shall not pay, offer, promise to pay or authorize the payment, directly or indirectly, of any monies or anything of value to any government official, government employee, political party or candidate for political office for the purpose of influencing any act or decision of such person or of the government to obtain or retain business, direct business to any person, receive an improper advantage, or induce a foreign official to use his or her influence improperly to affect or influence any act or decision; and
iii) it (including any of its director, employee, sub-contractor, agent, representative of it): a) is not the group or individual, so-called “Anti-Social Forces”, that pursue economic benefit by making use of violence, force and fraudulent means (the “ASF”); and b) does not, and does not intend to, support, is not involved in, and is not in any way associated with the ASF.
7.2 Either party’s breach of any representation or warranty set out in Article 7.1 shall be deemed as a material breach of this Agreement. Upon such occurrence, breaching party shall compensate the non-breaching party for any loss, liability, damages, costs and expenses arising from or in connection with such breach.
Translation - Spanish Artículo 7. Declaraciones y garantías.
7.1 En este acto cada parte declara y garantiza que:
i) su ejecución en términos del presente contrato así como la ejecución de cualquiera de sus directores, empleados, subcontratistas, mandatarios o cualquier otro representante deberá ser de conformidad con las leyes, normas, reglamentos, legislaciones municipales, guías administrativas y tratados;
ii) ni ella ni alguno de sus directores, empleados, subcontratistas, mandatarios o representantes de manera directa o indirecta pagará, ofrecerá, prometerá pagar o autorizará el pago de cualquier suma de dinero o algún otro bien valioso a un funcionario público, servidor público, partido político o candidato a un cargo público con el propósito de influenciar cualquier acto o decisión de dicha persona o del gobierno con el fin de obtener o mantener una transacción comercial, encausar una transacción comercial hacia una persona, obtener una ventaja indebida o inducir a un funcionario extranjero a usar su influencia de manera indebida para afectar o influir en cualquier acto o decisión, y
iii) ni ella ni alguno de sus directores, empleados, subcontratistas, mandatarios o representantes: a) es una organización del crimen organizado que tenga como objetivo la búsqueda de beneficios económicos mediante el uso de la violencia, de la fuerza y de medios fraudulentos (ASF, por sus siglas en inglés) y b) no apoya ni pretende apoyar ni está involucrada ni asociada en forma alguna con este tipo de organizaciones.
7.2 El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las partes de alguna de las declaraciones o garantías establecidas en el artículo 7.1 se considerará como un incumplimiento sustancial de este Contrato. Cuando se presente dicha situación, la parte que incurrió en el incumplimiento deberá compensar a la parte afectada por cualquier pérdida, responsabilidad, indemnización por daños y perjuicios, gastos y desembolsos que se generen por o en relación con dicho incumplimiento.
