30 years experience in translation including 11 years as in-house translator in Germany. Specialist translator for: process engineering, power generation and renewable energy, control and instrumentation, including technical specifications, operating, safety and quality manuals, tenders, contracts, publicity and marketing material, press releases, websites, customer and staff newsletters and magazines etc. Recent areas of specialisation: lean manufacturing (Kanban, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.), papermaking machinery and automation, plastics blow moulding for automotive industry, electro-mobility, corporate communications.
One regular customer recently described me as "the queen of the corporate newsletter".
