Understanding Your Rate

  • Your per-minute rate is set per language pair when you go online and can always be updated
  • View and set your per-pair rates in the Rates section (sidebar) or in Settings → Profile (Remoto profile / Remoto rates)
  • If you do not set a rate for a pair, platform default rates may apply

Tracking Your Earnings

  • Your dashboard shows your current balance; open Transactions and select the Earnings tab for your wallet, total earnings, and monthly chart
  • Each completed call shows duration and amount earned in Call History and in Transactions
  • Use View All Transactions from the Earnings page for the full list and to request a withdrawal

Setting Up Payout Method

  • Go to Settings → ProZ Pay
  • Add your bank account or PayPal details (or other payout methods offered by ProZ Pay)
  • Complete identity and compliance verification as required by ProZ Pay; your payout method must be set and verified before you can request withdrawals

  • Keep your payment info up to date to avoid delays

Payout Schedule

  • Withdrawals are request-based: request a withdrawal from the Transactions page (or Balance / Withdraw on your dashboard)
  • Request withdrawal is only available after your interpreter profile is approved and active; until then the button stays disabled on the Earnings page
  • Your available balance comes from completed call payments; a transfer fee may apply (e.g. a percentage with a cap)
  • Only one withdrawal request can be pending at a time; once approved, payouts are processed according to your ProZ Pay account and the platform process
  • An approved withdrawal reaches your ProZ Pay account straight away and can be withdrawn from ProZ Pay 7 days later. If you need it sooner, ProZ Pay lets you withdraw it early as an advance, for an extra fee
